This award is given to all Arrowmen who have shown great effort in serving their chapter and the Lodge.

Wischixin Award requirements
(Requirements must be met in a calendar year - January 1 to December 31)
- Dues paid on time (before January 1).
- Records up to date (year OA Honors and year of birth, et cetera).
- Attend 75% of the chapter meetings.
- Achieve Brotherhood Honor (Ordeal Members only).
- Participate in two of the following:
- Your Chapter's Ordeal.
- Be an Elangomat at your chapter's Ordeal.
- Be active on a ceremonies team (member or advisor).
- Be active on a dance team (member or advisor).
- Attend three meetings of the Lodge Indian Affairs Committee.
- Be an Ordeal master/Advisor.
- Participate in three of the following:
- Lodge Banquet
- Lodge Pow Wow.
- Section W4B Conclave.
- National Order of the Arrow Conference (the most recent).
- Lodge Officer Training Day.
- OA program at Scout-O-Rama.
- Any other lodge sponsored activity.
- Do three of the following:
- Do sixteen (16) hours of service at any chapter approved service project(s) other than at an ordeal.
- Serve on a camp staff.
- Serve on a Cub Day Camp staff.
- Serve on any other council or district staff (JLTC, Woodbadge, other training staff, et cetera).
- Run/advise a unit election for a unit other than your own.
- Give (or advise) a Camp Promotion presentation to a unit other than your own.
- Author an article for a newsletter (published or not).
- Serve as one of the following:
- Lodge or chapter officer.
- Committee chairman (lodge or chapter committee).
- Committee member (lodge or chapter).
- Active advisor or associate advisor (lodge or chapter).
